Type, specification and representation method
1. Structure
Type 1-the screw rod moves axially
Type 2-the screw rod rotates and the nut moves axially
2. Assembly type
Type A-the screw (or nut) moves upward;
Type B-the screw (or nut) moves down.
3. Screw head type
The screw head of type 1 structure type is divided into four types: type Ⅰ (cylindrical type), type Ⅱ (flange type), type Ⅲ (thread type), and type Ⅳ (flat head type);
The screw head of type 2 structure type is divided into two types: type Ⅰ (cylindrical type) and type Ⅲ (thread type).
4. Transmission ratio
Normal speed ratio (P), slow speed ratio (M)
5. Improve carrying capacity
2.5, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 35 (×10kN) seven types
6. Protection of screw rod
Type 1 structure has basic type, anti-rotation type (F) and protective cover type (Z);
Type 2 structure has basic type and protective cover type (Z).
